SUMMATIVE: Portfolio
Access the Adobe Express Assignment/Template
Go to: https://new.express.adobe.com/classrooms/42CY9S/assignments/WW2F9X
Wait for it to load/refresh and click "Confirm class"
Click "Join class"
Click "Start assignment"
Add Your Name
Where it says "First and Last Name" type your first and last name
Create a Header background Photo
Create Fresco Document
In Adobe Fresco click "Create new" or "Custom size"
Go to the "Digital" tab and select "Web illustration"
Click "Create document"
Design Header
Use any of your brushes to draw and create a background header photo for your webpage
It will go behind your "First and Last Name" textbox - the gray background currently
Quick Export
Click the share icon (the arrow and box) (top right corner)
Click "Quick export"
Add to New Folder in Google Drive
Tap "My Drive"
Go into the "Folder" area and tap "My Drive"
Tap your "Graphic Design Folder"
Tap the "+" folder icon to make a new folder
Title the new folder "Portfolio Webpage" and tap "Create"
Tap "Save here" in the bottom right
Tap "UPLOAD" in the top right
Add Image to Webpage (iMac)
Back on your iMac, click the "+" button under "Graphic Designer"
Click "Photo" then "Upload from device"
Navigate to your "My Drive" > "Graphic Design" > "Portfolio Webpage" and select the image you just exported from Fresco.
Save PDFs as JPGs
Open Finder and navigate to "My Drive" > "Graphic Design"
Check each folder and if your final project file is a PDF:
Double-click to open in Preview
Click "File" > "Export..."
Make sure to navigate to the project's folder
For the Format choose "JPEG"
Click "Save"
Replace Example Project Images
For each project:
Click on the example project image.
Click "Replace"
Click "Upload from device"
Locate your JPEG or PNG file for the project.
Click "Open"
Reorder Projects
Your best work should show up first on your portfolio. Decide what order your projects should go in, best at the top.
To re-order, click on an image
Click "Move"
Click the up or down arrow.
Share & Publish
Click "Share" in the top right
Click "Publish to Web"
Click "Create link"
Click "Copy"
Turn In
Click "Turn in" in the top right
Click "Continue"
View Class Gallery
Go to: https://new.express.adobe.com/classrooms/42CY9S/assignments/WW2F9X
Click "View class gallery"
Complete the Google Form
Complete the form as you review 4 of your peers' portfolios.
