To improve your digital drawing skills on your iPad using Adobe Fresco and the Logitech Crayons
Formative until the end of the trimester
Same prompts as Graphic Design 1, however this time you'll be using these prompts to continue to refine and improve your digital drawing skills.
On your iPad:
If you don't have the "Slides" app installed, install it from Self-Service
Sign in to Google using your school account.
Tap the "+" button in the bottom right the "New presentation".
Change the file name to "Sketchbook (GD 2)" and tap "Create"
On the first slide, change the title text boxes to:
Sketchbook
Graphic Design 2
2023-2024 T3
Tap the back arrow in the top left twice to go back to the main Google Slides screen.
Tap the "..." to the right of your "Sketchbook (GD 2)
Tap "Move"
Navigate to your "Graphic Design 2" Google Drive portfolio folder.
Click "Move here"
Tap the "..." to the right of your "Sketchbook (GD 2)
Tap "Manage access"
If it says, "Restricted" tap the arrow twice and change to "Bethel School District"
Tap the link icon in the top right to copy the link.
Go to Canvas and paste in the assignment to turn in.
Your iMac is numbered. This is your number for the Logitech Crayons.
Get your Logitech Crayon.
Hold the orange power button until the green light shows.
Start using with iPad.
On your iPad, open Adobe Fresco
Tap "+ Create new"
Under the "Print" tab, tap "Letter"
Tap the "Untitled..." at the top of the screen
Tap the "Untitled..." again
Rename to "SB #"
Tap "Save"

Tap the share icon (the arrow and box) (top right corner)
Tap "Quick export" then tap "Save Image"
Open your Google Slides app and open your "Sketchbook (GD 2)" presentation.
Tap the recent slide and tap "Edit slide"
Tap the plus/slide icon in the bottom right and tap "Blank"
Tap the "+" in the top right and tap "Image" then "From photos"
Select your recently exported Fresco image and tap "Add"
Tap the checkmark in the top left.
Create a page to remind yourself of the 7 elements of art. Write and draw each element. Examples:
Choose 5 past prompts
Combine the prompts into one composition, drawing each prompt again to show your improvement.
Add a slide at the end of your "Sketchbook (GD 2)" Google Slides including:
Photo of combination drawing
List of the prompt #s you combined
Submit final presentation link to Canvas
