In the right panel, in the "Basic Correction" tab, under "Light" you should see Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows, Whites, and Blacks.
Now you are going to adjust the sliders mentioned below, while watching your Waveform (Luma) scope on the left panel.
Blacks
Adjust the Blacks until the darkest parts of the video sit right above 0.
Whites
Adjust the White until the brightest parts of the video sit right below 100.
Shadows & Highlights
Adjust the shadows how you see if, depending on how your original footage looks.
Correct White Balance
In the right panel, in the "Basic Correction" tab, under "Color" you should see White Balance, Temperature, Tint Saturation.
The goal is to neutralize/balance the 3 colors in the Parade (RGB) Scope.
If there is something white in your footage, you can use the eyedropper tool next to "White Balance" and click on the white object in the footage. This should balance the Parade (RGB) Scope.
If you don't have something white in your footage, you'll need to manually adjust the "Temperature Slider" until the 3 colors in the Parade (RGB) Scope look balanced.
Correct Saturation
Adjust the Saturation slide as you see fit:
Do you want a vibrant and energetic look, or something more subdued and muted?
Shots captured in bright daylight may require less saturation than those captured in dimly lit environments, where colors may appear more muted.
Be mindful of skin tones when adjusting saturation, as overly saturated skin can appear unnatural and unflattering.
Adjusting saturation can also help to create contrast between different colors within your footage.

You can toggle your newly adjusted settings on and off to view the original footage vs. the color corrected footage.
