Figure Out Vinyl Sizes
Each layer of vinyl will show up on the left.
Open the first layer and make note of how big the first color of vinyl needs to be. Give yourself at least a half inch of space outside of the design.
Example on the right: The design is 5" x 4" - so cut the vinyl to be: 4.5" x 5.5"
Repeat for each color
Write the sizes down.

Cut Vinyl Pieces
Gather your vinyl colors
First check the "VINYL SCRAPS" binder to see if any scraps are large enough for you to use
If there are no scraps large enough, get the roll of vinyl
Use the paper cutter to cut the size of vinyl needed.
Cut the shortest side first to minimize your scrap size.
The holographic vinyl requires the larger paper cutter (or just use scissors)
Place any extra scraps in the "VINYL SCRAPS" binder in the correct color slot.
Repeat for each of your vinyl colors.

Weed Design
Once you get your vinyl layers cut, it is time to weed out the extra vinyl:
Each vinyl piece is made up of 2 layers: a clear plastic backing and the actual vinyl.
Bend a corner of the vinyl or use a weeding tool to start separating the two layers.
Slowly peel off the extra vinyl (not a part of your design)
Your design should stay attached to the clear plastic.
For pieces that are in the middle of your design, you will need to use a weeding tool to peel them off.
Repeat for each layer/color of vinyl
